1. Processing and Lead Times
All Yaw VR motion chairs are high-precision instruments.

Production Time: Orders typically require 1 weeks for assembly, calibration, and quality control testing before dispatch.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after purchase. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your unit has been handed over to our freight partner.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery
Due to the size, weight, and value of our products, we utilize specialized international freight carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or specialized heavy-cargo logistics).

Signature Required: A direct signature from the recipient is mandatory for all deliveries. We cannot authorize "safe drop" or delivery without a signature due to the high value of the equipment.

Address Accuracy: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is a physical location where someone will be available to sign for the package.
3. International Shipping & Customs Duties
ShallxR Technology Co., Limited ships worldwide from our logistics hub in Hong Kong/Shang Hai/Guagnzhou.

Importer of Record: The customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Duties and Taxes: Our list prices do not include local Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or import duties. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer. The DDP shipping is managed and its responsibility lies with our freight partner. ShallxR is not accountable for shipping as we are not a freight company.

Refusal of Delivery: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, the return shipping fees, and a 15% restocking fee.
4. Shipping Damage & Claims
Your shipment is fully insured during transit.

Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging before signing. If there is visible damage to the crate or box, please note "Package Damaged" on the signature line.

Reporting: Any internal damage must be reported to
support@shallxr.comwithin 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos of the packaging and the unit.
