From Feedback to Action: A 20% Reduction Won Through Partnership
Today, I am proud to announce that we have officially lowered our default shipping rates by 20%.
This isn't a "sale" or a temporary promotion. This is a structural victory. I want to be transparent about how we achieved this: We went to the negotiating table with our international freight forwarders. We shared our vision for ShallxR, our projected sales growth for 2026, and most importantly, we shared the story of our 40% Backer Discount.

Understanding the Rules: DDP vs. DDU
To ensure total transparency, we are clarifying our shipping protocols. No more "hidden fees" or "surprise invoices."

The "Over/Under" Fairness Policy
We believe in fairness, not profit-padding on shipping:

Overpayment: If the actual shipping cost ends up being lower than what you paid, we will refund the difference to you the following month.

Underpayment: If there is a significant discrepancy, we will contact you to settle the balance prior to shipment.
Special Notice: Germany & France (The EU Exception)
For our customers in Germany and France, please pay close attention. Due to specific EU customs regulations:

Why? Local tax authorities (Zoll/Douane) are exceptionally strict about "Import VAT" recovery. To prevent your unit from being trapped in a customs warehouse for weeks, having the recipient handle the local clearance is the fastest way to get you into the pilot's seat.

Strategic Tip: If you are a business customer in DE/FR, ensure your EORI number is ready. It is the single biggest lever to speed up your delivery.
